Rajeev Khanna, M.D. is the medical director of AOMS. He is a sports medicine specialist who has over fourteen years of experience in occupational health. Dr. Khanna completed his family practice residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He then did a fellowship in sports medicine through St. Joseph's Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He was board certified in family practice in 1992 and received his certificate of added qualification in sports medicine in 1995.
Dr. Khanna serves as the team physician for the Chicago Rush Professional Arena Football Team, Chicago State University, Elmhurst College, and The Illinois Institute of Technology. He was featured as one of the top two doctors in sports medicine in Chicago Magazine in January 2001. He has given over 120 presentations on various sports and work related illnesses and injuries.
Steve Hartsock, M.D.
Steve Hartsock, M.D., attended the University of California, San Diego where he received a B.S. in BioMedical Engineering. He went to Indiana University for medical school and then completed a residency in family medicine at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, Illinois. After residency, he relocated to Greensboro, NC where he completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Moses Cone Hospital in 2005. Dr. Hartsock is a board certified family physician who specializes in sports medicine. He is involved with several high school and college athletic teams around Chicago, and is also a member of the USA Swimming sports medicine and science network.
Priti Khanna, M.D.
Priti Khanna, M.D. is a physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. After completing her PM&R residency at Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, she completed an electrodiagnostic medicine fellowship at Medical College of Wisconsin/ Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. She was an attending physician with Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital for two years and subsequently was an Assistant Professor at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX for five years. She served as Medical Director at St. Paul University Hospital in Dallas for 2 1/2 years and as Medical Director for Parkland Memorial Hospital's EMG clinic for five years.

Gerald Cerniak, M.D., is a general surgeon with ten years' experience in occupational medicine. Dr. Cerniak completed his internship at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago after graduating from Loyola University, Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois. Dr. Cerniak completed his residency in general surgery at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Ilinois. Jennifer Judd, PA-C, is a licensed, certified Physician Assistant. She attended Physician Assistant School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois where she received a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Jennifer has experience in orthopedic surgery and family medicine. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Mount Saint Clare College in Clinton, Iowa. She was a member of her cross country and track team in college.
